Zoom is ridiculous
Birds in flight, stage shows, signs across the street — the multi-telephoto setup nails shots my old phone could not. The S Pen is great for marking up PDFs too.

Brilliant but big
The screen is gorgeous and battery lasts all day, but it is genuinely large and heavy. Took a week to get used to one-handed use.

From the community
QIs it good for one-handed use?
Not really — at 6.9 inches and 218g it is a two-hand phone for most people. If you want one-handed comfort, the S25 or iPhone 16 Pro are better.
QDoes it overheat while gaming?
The Snapdragon 8 Elite runs cooler than past generations; sustained gaming warms it but throttling is minimal with the larger vapor chamber.
Frequently asked
Does the S25 Ultra still include the S Pen?
Yes — the S Pen is built into the body for notes, remote shutter, and precise control, with no separate charging needed.
How good is the zoom?
Excellent. Dual telephoto lenses (5x periscope plus a 3x) deliver clean 10x results and usable 30–100x with processing.
How long are updates supported?
Samsung guarantees seven years of OS and security updates, matching Google and beating most Android makers.
