The exclusives sell it
Spider-Man and God of War alone are worth it, and the DualSense makes every game feel better. Loading is so fast I forget loading screens existed.

Great, but buy an SSD
Fantastic console. The only catch is storage — the 1TB fills fast with modern games, so plan to add an NVMe drive. Otherwise flawless.

Buyer questions

Questions & answers

Real questions from buyers, answered by owners and the ComparZone team.

From the community

QIs it worth it over the Xbox?
If you value exclusive single-player games and the DualSense controller, yes. If you want the best subscription value via Game Pass, the Xbox is more compelling.
QCan it play PS4 games?
Yes — the vast majority of PS4 titles are backward compatible and often run better on PS5.

Frequently asked

Can I expand the storage?
Yes — it has an internal M.2 NVMe SSD slot for adding compatible drives, which is the best way to expand fast game storage.
Is the disc drive included?
The Slim comes in disc and digital editions; the digital model adds an attachable disc drive separately if you want physical games later.
Does it support 120Hz gaming?
Yes — supported titles run up to 4K 120Hz on a compatible HDMI 2.1 TV.
